5. Can I switch between monthly and yearly subscriptions?
Currently, we are only offering the option to upgrade from a monthly to a yearly subscription. The ability to downgrade from yearly to monthly is not currently available, but is being developed.
6. How much will I be charged if I upgrade my product that already has an active subscription?
The amount of time remaining on your current product subscription will be monetarily prorated and added towards the balance of the upgrade. If you are paying $20 per month with a billing period on the 1st of each month and you upgrade to a $40 on the 15th of the month, you will receive a $10 credit from your current subscription that will automatically apply towards your new $40 subscription.
7. How are package terms handled during an upgrade from monthly to yearly subscription?
Both yearly plans will utilize the same term meaning if you purchased and used the yearly Starter plan for 1 month and then decided to upgrade to a yearly Professional plan, you would have 11 months remaining within your plan. This will also be reflected in the purchase process as a prorated price during the upgrade (also see question 6).
8. How do I update my payment method?
Your payment methods can be managed at https://store.cpanel.net/my/payment-methods/.
